Returns & Exchanges

At Mercier, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items. All pieces must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
